Re-sale and distribution of the patterns themselves and instructions is also prohibited.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original unopened packaging.

If you wish to return your item and it is less than 30 days since your purchase please send the item to: Cinnamon Stitching, Wood Cottage, Shovelstrode Lane, Ashurst Wood, West Sussex, RH19 3PL. Please enclose a note detailing that it is a return and your original order number. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

We aim to send all orders our within 2 - 3 business days.

UK orders will be shipped free of charge using 1st Class Royal Mail. No tracking is available for UK orders.

Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £12 and are shipped using Royal Mail and include tracking. Overseas order will be delivered by your local postal service.

UK delivery typically takes 1 - 3 working days, but can take longer during busy periods.

Overseas delivery typically takes 7 - 10 working days, but can take up to 6 weeks during busy periods or if there are delays in customs handling.
